BSNC aims to support the needs and development of Junior & Senior coaches by:

· Reimbursing the costs of all coaching accreditation

· Access to a variety of equipment and resources

· Holding weekly coaches meetings to discuss selections, ideas and to improve communication

· Promoting the assistance of coaching mentor to all coaches

· Appointing Junior Coordinator to assist coaches develop juniors with appropriate aged based skills. Junior Coordinator will schedule in skill based sessions with mentors who will attend junior training sessions when available.

· Ensuring all members (coaches, players, parents & supporters) adhere to the clubs Code of Conduct and follow a clearly set out complaints process.

Coaching commitment

· Preseason is open to all senior grades and interested juniors. It will commence last week of January school holidays with 1 session per week until regular season training commences.

· Senior trainings will be held weekly on Thursday nights at 6pm or 7pm depending on grade. 15U dependant on coach.

· Junior trainings are held weekly on Thursdays from 5-6pm

· Team Selections in accordance with Selection Policies are held weekly after trainings and all coaches must attend or send their captain.

· Seniors Saturday times: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 alternate 12:15pm/1.45pm/3pm

· Juniors Saturday times: 15U & J2 11am, J1 & J4 10am, J3 & J5 9am, Net Set Go training only in Term 3.
