Our meals and social events are more than just fundraising opportunities—they’re a chance to unwind, connect, and enjoy each other’s company away from the busy game-day commitments. Whether you're a player, parent or supporter, we invite you to join us for these fun and welcoming events that help build lasting friendships and strengthen our club spirit.

Thursday Night Teas

Join us every Thursday evening for a relaxed, enjoyable time away from the game-day hustle. The Netball and Football Club will be offers FREE light teas for all junior players at both Blyth and Snowtown, starting at 6 PM. These teas begin the Thursday before the first game and continue every week, excluding weeks with a bye. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect and unwind with other families and players.

We welcome any help from parents or volunteers to prepare, cook, or serve these meals. Please reach out to Derryn Stringer (Snowtown) or Cherie Stirling (Blyth) if you're able to assist.

Parents and senior players are invited to join in the social fun by ordering a dine-in meal (at their own cost) or enjoying a takeaway meal. Come share some great food and conversation with fellow club members!

Home Game Meals

After our home games in Snowtown and Blyth, we offer delicious meals designed to bring everyone together. These meals are not only affordable but also help support the club, with all profits reinvested into our programs. It’s the perfect way to relax, enjoy great food, and socialize with fellow members after a day of sporting action.

Presentations – Saturday Nights

Every week, all junior and senior members are invited to our presentations, where we announce scores, best players, and provide game overviews. But it's not just about the stats – it's a chance to come together and mingle in a casual, welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy a meal or a drink, chat with friends, and celebrate the week’s achievements. We also announce our weekly members' draw winners. The location of each presentation is available on our season calendar and will also be posted on our Facebook page.

Social Events

Our seasonal social events calendar will be out soon, and we encourage everyone to save the dates and attend as many as possible. These events are designed for fun, relaxation, and building lasting friendships—whether you’re playing, supporting, or cheering from the sidelines.
